These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and 9F Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United States, which operates the 9F VPN apps and related services (the "Service"). By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

In short: use 9F VPN lawfully and only where VPN use is permitted; App Store subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple ID settings; we do not log what you do online (see our Privacy Policy); and the Service is provided as is.

1. The Service

9F VPN is a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts the connection between your device and our servers and routes your internet traffic through them. You can use a free plan with limits, such as a daily high-speed data allowance, or become a VIP member through a paid subscription or purchase, which offers higher limits and additional features and can be used on up to 5 devices. The features, limits and server locations available are shown in the app, and we may change, add or remove features, servers or plans over time. The Service contains no advertising.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts and third-party sign-in

You can use the Service without an account. To keep your membership across devices, you can create an account with an email sign-in code, Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google or Sign in with Telegram.
When you sign in with Apple, Google or Telegram, that provider confirms your identity and shares with us only the information described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the provider's account remains subject to the provider's own terms, and we are not responsible for the provider's services.
If Apple, or Google for a Gmail or Google Workspace address, confirms an email address that already belongs to a 9F VPN account, signing in with it opens that account. Telegram does not share an email address, so a Telegram sign-in creates a separate account unless you first link Telegram to your existing account on the Account page in the app.
On the Account page you can link or unlink Google and Telegram, as long as at least one way to sign in remains, and you can delete your account at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your email account and your Apple, Google or Telegram accounts secure, and for activity under your 9F VPN account. Tell us promptly at support@9fable.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Accounts are personal. Do not sell, rent or share your account, or use it on more devices than your plan allows.

4. Subscriptions and payments

4.1 App Store subscriptions

VIP subscriptions bought in the iOS app are sold through Apple's App Store. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy. Price changes follow Apple's rules, and Apple notifies you where required.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your 9F VPN account does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4.2 Web payments

Where offered (for example for the Android app), you can buy VIP for a fixed number of days on our website, using the payment methods shown at checkout. This is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. The days you buy are added to any VIP time you already have. If a payment is not credited to your account, or you have any question about a web payment, contact us at support@9fable.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use it to:

break any applicable law, or help anyone else do so;
distribute malware or other harmful code, or send spam or other unsolicited messages;
attack, scan or gain unauthorised access to any network, system or account, including through denial-of-service attacks;
harass, threaten, defraud or harm others, or share content that exploits children;
infringe other people's intellectual property or privacy rights;
interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or our servers, or get around plan limits, device limits or payment (for example by creating accounts in bulk or by automated means);
resell, sublicense or share access to the Service, or copy, modify or reverse-engineer the apps, except where the law or an open-source licence allows it.

Because we do not log your online activity, we enforce these rules using the limited information described in our Privacy Policy, such as daily data totals, and the reports we receive. We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who breaks them.

6. VPN laws where you are

VPN use is legal in most countries, but some countries restrict, regulate or prohibit it. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply where you use the Service. We make no representation that the Service is lawful, appropriate or available in any particular location.

7. Privacy and logging

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. In particular, we do not log the websites you visit, your DNS queries or the content of your traffic, and we do not store your IP address. To run accounts, subscriptions and the network, we keep the limited device, account, connection-session and data-usage information described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The 9F VPN apps, name, logos and other content are owned by 9F Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the apps for your own use under these Terms. Open-source components included in the apps are licensed under their own terms.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service or other users. Deleting your account, or our ending it, does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, we do not guarantee that:

the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available in your country or on your network;
you will get any particular connection speed or server location;
the Service will make you completely anonymous or protect you from every online threat;
the Service will meet all your requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9F Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, together with these Terms. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above, and material changes will also be announced in the app. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

1. 本服务

9F VPN 是一项虚拟专用网络（VPN）服务，会加密您的设备与我们服务器之间的连接，并通过这些服务器转发您的网络流量。您可以使用有一定限制（例如每日高速流量额度）的免费版，也可以通过付费订阅或购买成为 VIP 会员，享受更高的额度和更多功能，并可在最多 5 台设备上使用。具体的功能、限制和服务器地区以应用内显示为准，我们可能随时调整、增加或移除功能、服务器或套餐。本服务不含任何广告。

2. 使用资格

您必须年满 13 周岁才能使用本服务；如果您所在地区规定的数字同意年龄更高，则须达到该年龄。如果您未达到所在地区的成年年龄，须征得父母或监护人的同意后才能使用本服务。

3. 账户与第三方登录

您无需账户即可使用本服务。如需在多台设备间保留会员身份，可以通过邮箱验证码、"通过 Apple 登录"、"通过 Google 登录"或"通过 Telegram 登录"创建账户。
使用 Apple、Google 或 Telegram 登录时，由该提供商确认您的身份，并只向我们提供隐私政策中所述的信息。您对该提供商账户的使用仍受其自身条款约束，我们不对其服务负责。
如果 Apple 确认的邮箱，或 Google 确认的 Gmail / Google Workspace 邮箱已属于某个 9F VPN 账户，用它登录会进入该账户。Telegram 不提供邮箱，因此通过 Telegram 登录会建立一个独立账户，除非您先在应用的"账户"页面把 Telegram 绑定到已有账户。
只要还保留至少一种登录方式，您可以在"账户"页面绑定或解除 Google、Telegram 的关联，也可以随时在该页面注销账户。
您有责任保管好您的邮箱以及 Apple、Google 或 Telegram 账户的安全，并对您 9F VPN 账户下的活动负责。如果您认为账户被他人未经允许使用，请尽快发邮件至 support@9fable.com 告知我们。
账户仅限本人使用。请勿出售、出租或共享您的账户，也不要在超出套餐允许数量的设备上使用。

4. 订阅与付款

4.1 App Store 订阅

在 iOS 应用内购买的 VIP 订阅通过 Apple 的 App Store 销售，价格和计费周期会在购买前显示在应用内。价格调整按 Apple 的规则执行，并在需要时由 Apple 通知您。
确认购买时，费用将从您的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，订阅会自动续订；续订费用会在当前周期结束前的 24 小时内从您的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
您可以在 Apple ID 设置中管理或取消订阅（iPhone 上为"设置 → 您的名字 → 订阅"）。删除应用或注销 9F VPN 账户都不会取消订阅。
如果提供免费试用，购买订阅后，试用期内未使用的部分将失效。
App Store 购买的退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，您可以在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。

4.2 网页付款

在提供网页付款的情况下（例如安卓应用），您可以在我们的网站上用结账页面显示的付款方式购买固定天数的 VIP 会员。这是一次性购买，不会自动续费；购买的天数会加在您现有的会员时间之后。如果付款后未到账，或对网页付款有任何疑问，请发邮件至 support@9fable.com 联系我们。

5. 合理使用

您同意只将本服务用于合法目的，不得用于：

违反任何适用法律，或帮助他人这样做；
传播恶意软件或其他有害代码，或发送垃圾信息及其他未经请求的信息；
攻击、扫描或未经授权访问任何网络、系统或账户，包括发起拒绝服务攻击；
骚扰、威胁、欺诈或伤害他人，或传播剥削儿童的内容；
侵犯他人的知识产权或隐私权；
干扰、过载或破坏本服务或我们的服务器，或规避套餐限制、设备数上限或付款（例如批量或自动注册账户）；
转售、再许可或共享本服务的使用权，或复制、修改、反向工程本应用，但法律或开源许可证允许的除外。

由于我们不记录您的上网活动，我们会依据隐私政策中所述的有限信息（例如每日流量统计）以及收到的举报来执行这些规则。对违反规则的用户，我们可能限制、暂停或终止其使用。

6. 当地的 VPN 法律

VPN 在大多数国家是合法的，但一些国家会限制、管制或禁止使用 VPN。您有责任了解并遵守您使用本服务所在地的法律。我们不保证本服务在任何特定地区合法、适用或可用。

7. 隐私与日志

我们的隐私政策说明了我们收集哪些信息以及如何使用。特别是，我们不记录您访问的网站、DNS 查询或流量内容，也不保存您的 IP 地址。为了运行账户、订阅和网络，我们会保存隐私政策中所述的少量设备、账户、连接会话和流量统计信息。

8. 知识产权

9F VPN 应用、名称、标志及其他内容归 9F Technologies LLC 或其许可方所有，受法律保护。我们授予您个人的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的许可，让您按本条款将本应用用于个人用途。应用中包含的开源组件按其各自的许可证授权。

9. 暂停与终止

您可以随时停止使用本服务并注销账户。如果您违反本条款、法律有此要求，或为了保护本服务或其他用户，我们可能在通知或不通知的情况下暂停或终止您的使用。注销账户或我们终止您的账户，都不会取消 App Store 订阅，请在 Apple ID 设置中取消。有关知识产权、免责声明、责任限制和适用法律的条款在终止后继续有效。

10. 免责声明

本服务按"现状"和"可用"状态提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何明示或默示的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的保证。特别是，我们不保证：

本服务不中断、无错误，或在您所在的国家或网络中始终可用；
您能获得特定的连接速度或服务器地区；
本服务能让您完全匿名，或保护您免受所有网络威胁；
本服务能满足您的全部需求。

11. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因您使用本服务而引起或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或任何数据、利润或商业机会的损失，9F Technologies LLC 不承担责任。部分司法管辖区不允许某些责任限制，因此上述限制可能不适用于您；本条款也不影响您依据不可放弃的消费者保护法律享有的权利。

12. Apple App Store

如果您从 Apple 的 App Store 下载本应用，Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）与本条款一同适用。本条款是您与我们之间的协议，而非与 Apple 之间的协议，Apple 不对本应用或其内容负责。

13. 适用法律

本条款受美国怀俄明州法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突规则。任何争议由怀俄明州的法院解决，但您所在国家的法律赋予您在当地提起诉讼的权利的除外。

14. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款，会在此页面发布新版本并更新上方日期，重大变更也会在应用内通知。变更生效后您继续使用本服务，即表示您接受更新后的条款。
